"Galiano...Naturally!"
The Galiano Naturalists have produced an all-colour brochure that provides background information about the natural history of our island, and highlights eight outstanding and accessible natural areas that residents and visitors can visit and enjoy. Thanks to all the volunteers who were involved in collecting the information and images, and helped with the design and production of the brochure. Special thanks to the Galiano Parks and Recreation Commission for financial support to print the brochure, and to the Galiano Conservancy Association for mapping resources.. The brochure is available for download in two pdf files: here (958Kb) and here (1.5Mb).

"Exploring Our Little Corner of the World..."
Each month the Galiano Naturalists write about some aspect of Galiano Island's natural history. These articles are published in the "Active Page", Galiano's monthly magazine. You can read past articles by clicking one of the links below. If you have a suggestion for an article you'd like to see in the future, please send us your ideas (galianonaturalists@gulfislands.com).
