Children's Summer Program

The 2009 summer program will begin on Monday, July 6th. The program is designed for children ages 5 - 12 (5 yr. olds need to have attended kindergarten this year). The program is based at the Galiano Activity Centre, and runs Monday through Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm. during July and August. The single day program fee is $20.00, and the program fee per four-day week is $60.00. For off-island field trips, parents will also be responsible for paying all travel and admission expenses for their child.

Receipt of a completed registration form and full payment for requested days must be received before a child's registration can be accepted. No refunds will be provided unless parents give at least 48 hours notice that their preregistered child will not be attending the program. The registration form can be downloaded HERE.

Children enrolled in the program should bring their own lunch, and wear suitable clothing for the day's activities, including sun protection. A healthy snack will be provided.
